Our roots: family and community
RTJ Designs was created to combine two things that matter most to me—family and community. Named after my boys, RTJ started as a way to build something meaningful while spending more time with the people who matter most. Inspired by the pride and energy surrounding sports, I began creating custom jerseys, logos, and apparel designed to give teams a bold identity and something they’re proud to wear. Today, RTJ Designs focuses on helping teams and communities stand out through designs that bring people together.

I love taking a team’s colors, personality, and energy and turning it into something bold and unique. Seeing players and fans wear those designs with pride is what makes the work so rewarding.
